This message is from: mikepeg spear <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> My name is Peggy Spear and I live in southcentral Wisconsin. This is my first time posting to the list, but have owned my fjord for 21/2 years. I purchased him from Patti Jo Walter and it has been the best choice I have ever made! We currently raise and sell miniature donkeys, and since purchasing the fjord have ceased to sell the llamas and the fainting goats. Why? Because I need more room for more fjords! This is the reason for the post. I am beginning my search for a nice fjord mare. I am looking for a mare with nice bloodlines, who is on the lighter side, taller, not so drafty. The ultimate would be a mare that is finished, or only needs a tune-up, but would consider a mare with limited under saddle training if she was safe and sane. I would like to breed her, do some trail riding and possibly show her. (Having 2 kids and only 1 fjord doesn't work. They both want to ride the fjord. Forget that they have their own horses.) I am limited in the fact that I ! would like to see and ride any mare I am considering, so she can't be too far away. I understand that this a horse that many may be searching for, but maybe I will find one. I waited and searched for my gelding-and he is a peach! Thanks for your help.
