The Revised Evaluation Handbook has been posted to the NFHR web site. It
is now in 3 parts to allow for easier downloading. These revised rules
are effective as of 7/1/04. Their are only minor changes to fix typos &
expand on the allowable bits for the Evaluations. The only change to the
Performance tests are to the Advanced draft test. The pattern is the same
as it was just the score sheet has been changed to more closely follow the
pattern. Also a few of the wait times have been removed or reduced.

scroll down until you see the listing for the Evaluation Handbook. It is
near the bottom & in the center of the page.
