Absolutely!! The whole point here is to do what is FUN and comfortable for you - and you horse. NOT everyone is interested in showing and that is fine. If you have the most fun with your horse watching your kids ride in the back yard, then that is what you should do, and never think less of yourself. If showing is FUN for you, by all means show your horse! I like to show, in small shows, so I do. I also ride and drive out on the trails. I do what I think is fun. Yes, it's great each time we hear of a Fjord out there in the public spotlight, whether it's yours, mine or a stranger's. But not EVERYONE wants to be in the spotlight, or is able to be and that is OK too. It is important that the Fjords that are in the "spotlight" make a good impression by being well trained, well behaved, and presented well.
