There is a removal tool that you can download for free from www.symantec.com. You have to disable some things in Windows first, but it does seem to work. My computer was totally disabled. Good luck with it. We are arriving in Zurich June 13. Leaving from Lindau on Lake Constance on the Lindau Messenger horse drawn carriage on the 16th, bound for Lake Como in Italy. We are scheduled to arrive on the 28th evening. On the morning of the 29th we think we will go from there to Venice, then fly to Munich on July 3rd, fly out to US on July 4th. We have thought about just spending a few days in Zurich until the 16th, but...if you have any ideas for things to do, places to stay from the 13th (we will probably sleep all day the 13th) to the evening of the 16th, that would be wonderful. We also have to figure out a way to get from Venice to Munich. I figure there must be a way to fly out of the Venice airport ...but it is sometimes hard to know the local carriers from here.
