I'm pleased to say Mom's stroke was a mild one. She ended up spending only Sunday and Monday in hospital, and came home on Tuesday morning. So, we had a good New Years! She is kind of weak on the left leg, but is walking around pretty good. Her doc thinks she will have a mostly full recovery. Thank you all for your kind thoughts! We have had about a foot of snow here since Monday. Everything looks so pretty and clean... Until it all melts. The two younger horses (1 1/2 & 2 1/2 yrs) are having a blast running in the snow!
