You may have remembered his story, his mom died shortly after his birth, he was one of Julie Will's Old Hickory foals. She went to great lengths to obtain a nurse mare from the University nearby, saving him. He was with the quarterhorse mom (almost exclusively) until joining us at about 5 months. Have seen no indication that this made any difference, he is 100% Fjord in every way.
