I don't know if this is the easiest why but this is the way I did it.

I have windows 95 and Explorer. I first go to the web site I want to make a
link of, then at the top of the screen is the mail Icon. I pick this icon,
and I'm given a choice to create a link. when you pick this option an email
window appears with the link in the Subject: space. If you go ahead and
type the message out and send it ,it has an attachment as my first message
had last night. The way I did the second message was-- When the link
appeared in the Subject: space I cut it, then closed out the email window
as though I had changed my mind about sending the message.
Then I sent a new message as normal, When I wanted to put the Link in I
simply Pasted.

I hope this makes sense.

Bill
