I hate to tell you, but I'm in Minnesota and have been for over 20 years, and it would have to be an awfully long spring to have 7 mos. of mud! It is dry as a bone here, probably a lot like Utah. We haven't had precip. in ages, including any snow. My horses are not ever in "mud" because I have them in ag lime paddocks which only soften in the rain but never get muddy. Even so, the most we have of the wet stuff is 1-2 months, closer to one...... let's not give Minnesota such a bad rap! We love it here! Now, if you want to talk mosquitos, that's another story.....................!! Susan in dry dry dry Minnesota. We are praying for snow by Christmas. The lakes aren't even frozen over yet. Bummer!
