Hey... back from Turlock. Tired and "sick". (Food Poison) Sami Nelson should be congratulated on another good show. However, a few people were upset with Sunday and the confusing movement between the arenas and the green horse classes. The judge was an excellent driving judge, but Showmanship was the same as in Woodstock. Poor Mel Goble... He and his wife, Joanne came to California for some REST. Ha! They worked HARD! Mel and "Belle" won and Joanne had to put up with Mel being in every class and riding and driving and playing all 3 days. These people are GREAT people! If you ever have a chance to meet Mel and Joanne .....and Jason... do so. Laurie Miller also did well and played hard this weekend. It was great to meet the "List" people there and to meet old friends and new friends.
