I have finished rereading Carol's post on yesterday's digest. I know that it is extremely difficult to read between the lines of a post written by someone you don't personally know, but do think that the apparent direction this post is taking is counterproductive to what our Fjord list is trying to accomplish. I have read the NFHR board minutes, although I agree with Carol that some are short, the information contained is relevant to our organization. I have served on a number of volunteer boards, and know that minutes are not intended to be a word for word transcript, but a summary of the important issues discussed. Carol please reread the board minutes, perhaps your original objections were an over reaction, and we can find common ground that will promote the Fjord and support the volunteers that give so much of their time to our organization.
