Hi List ! Found this posted on the Carriage Driving List tonight. Wow, if you live in, or travel out of MI. this is big stuff....esp. with multiple horses. * If you travel with your horse within or into or out of Michigan, you may find this of interest. Mich. has changed to a *calendar year* requirement for Coggins. As one person pointed out, this makes it virtually impossible to Legally transport a horse in Mich. at least a few days at the beginning of the year because of processing time. :( If you have to haul your horse to the vet to get the test in the first place, you have an interesting problem.
