   Hi List !   Found this posted on the Carriage Driving List tonight. Wow, 
if you live in, or travel out of MI. this is big stuff....esp. with multiple 
horses.

If you travel with your horse within or into or out of Michigan, you may
find this of interest.

Mich. has changed to a *calendar year* requirement for Coggins.  As one
person pointed out, this makes it virtually impossible to Legally
transport a horse in Mich. at least a few days at the beginning of the
year because of processing time.  :(

If you have to haul your horse to the vet to get the test in the first
place, you have an interesting problem.
