This message is from: "Jean Gayle" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Karen, where in Baja? I hear exactly what you are saying and do not forget I bought the love Howdy from you. I might add for $500 off. All those great things you say about hard work, CPA's, heart into it etc are very important but only one third at most of buyers are tuned into this. The buyer is like a child who feels what ever they can manipulate you into is your responsibility. Ever hear a mother say,"I work hard for you etc etc." and the child thinks, " thats your responsibility, not mine."
I have watched sellers in all kinds of things grow jaded by the buyers. The seller takes the buyers reaction personally. That is what I am trying to say. Do not take it personally!!!!!! I was most impressed by your telling me what Howdie had been trained to do etc. That had little effect on my training of bargaining. It is your responsibility, the sellers, to either accept or reject my offer. Not mine. Hope this does not sound hard, I am just trying to point out that the buyer comes from one direction and the seller from another. When I truly want something I will pay the price no matter how high, if I can afford it! That is when the seller has his/her day. Just some thoughts.
