If the horse is registered with the Canadian Livestock Records, within the last 12 years she will be mirochipped. You should be able to track her that way if she is chipped. The chips are on the left side of the neck about half way down. Most of the vets have a scanner that will read the chips. The CLRC has web site. www.clrc.on.ca Good Luck Alison from Alberta
