Double check all parts of the bridle, especially the crownpiece and browband. There might be a slight rough spot, or a knot in the stitching. Or, the browband might be pulling the crownpiece forward into her ears (or riding too high, touching the fronts of her ears). Or, maybe the way that you're tucking her forelock under the browband and/or blinder stays might be "tickling" her ears. Something is bugging her, and you want to figure it out and fix it, BEFORE the behavior "sets up" into a habit!
