I am going to be forced to buy some farm animals in order to have "livestock" in Sonoma County...that will, in turn, qualify me for a permit to build a barn for the horses (see...it is Fjord related).
We have looked at getting mini-herefords...and I am also considering getting short-legged sheep (Southdowns????) to lease out to the vineyard owners as weed eaters in the winter. So...interested in mini farm animals that will qualify me to build my barn. And...hey, I admit it...I kinda miss real farm animals anyway. I wonder what a 20 ox hitch of mini-oxen would look like? :) Gail
