Dear friends - I finally accessed the archives, computer challenged that I am, and discovered that my message announcing Julie's death, sent at 1:41pm on the 14th, never made it into the Digest. I am so sorry. Here is the message - "Hello friends - It is with the heaviest of hearts that I send this information - Our dear friend, Julia Will, passed away peacefully at home in her sleep on September 13th. After a long and courageous battle with cancer, she was comfortable, with her husband, Darryl, and family there. She was where she wanted to be - with her beloved Fjords at Old Hickory Farm. No one was more committed to the Fjord breed than she, and no one more respected and loved in the Fjord community, here and abroad. Julie impacted so very many lives, and will be sorely missed. It is a comfort to know that Julie was ready and accepting, as was Darryl, but, oh, most of the rest of us were not.
