We had ordered some from a business out of Iowa three weeks ago and have not yet received them in the mail. We have been unable to contact the owner of the business for the last week and their website is off-line for a couple more weeks. The only good thing out of this is that we had not paid for them, the bill was in the box with the bits, so we are not out money, but somewhere out in snail mail land there is a box with bits in it floating around. The person who shipped them, did not mail them is such a way that the package could be tracked. All help is greatly appreciated.
