We also bred a mare to my Paint stallion at about the time we first tried to breed the Percherons, that the owner insisted on giving the shot so he could get his mare back quicker. Again, no foal - but my stallion had no problem settling our two QH mares Au Natural. Anyway, I wouldn't rush to go with the shots again myself.
