Just had to write in on Joni Griffin's behalf, she may write in too. Yesterday we went to an Open show in Plymouth WI, called County Mounties. They have dressage, pleasure and jumping. It's a real nice show. I took my TB and did the jumping, we did well, but I'll get on to the FJORD. Joni placed in ALLL her classes except maybe Trail. Not sure how that ended up as it was still going on when we left. She went in pleasure, equitation, hunter hack, YEA Jock, finally jumped the line!! At Blue Earth he didn't and they were practicing so much at home and he was never refusing just at Blue Earth, so was happy to see that they FINALLY placed in that class and made it over! Jock is VERY steady, VERY willing, a great representative of the Breed. It is really nice to see a Fjord at an open show and to do so well. I have Nancy Hotovy's 7 yr old gelding, Davin on consignment. This boy would SHINE at open shows and dressage shows. His movement is awesome, his disposition is outstanding, willing and he really tries SUPER HARD for you. A real sweet boy. He went to our 4H show with a 9 yr old girl and placed and also went in a parents/leaders/groom w/t/c class and placed and the judge said, "that is one VERY nice horse". Can not say enough good things about him, the horse is GORGEOUS! He is on my web, along with some other very nice fjords for sale, including a nice looking gray gelding. Also getting some mares in shortly, so keep checking if you are looking for a mare. They are both started, one is finished in riding and driving. Congrats to Joni and Jock!!!
