I recently purchased a western pleasure/trail saddle from Montana Mountain Horse for my fjord. It has a draft size flex tree that fits Mirakel nicely (a similarly styled TexTan extra wide tree was too tight just behind the shoulders). They send the tree to you to try on your horse and take pictures for their saddle maker. Their saddles are very reasonably priced for the quality, I believe.
