LOL, kay, i always have to chuckle when reading your posts.....i think there
should be a special senior barrels class, for all us "mature
i-may-get-older-but-i-won't-grow-up" people, especially those of us who have
fjords that pretty
much only increase their speed to get to another pile of hay. they could time
it with a sundial, rather than spending money on a stop watch.....i remember
at my first blue earth, when oz and i had never moved faster than a trot in
our, at that time, short association, when i went in for the barrel race i
told
the stewards at the gate that they may as well go for coffee while we do the
course :)

laurie, and oz, waiting to see joe yanish for some new footwear tomorrow. i
tried to let   him go barefoot, but he just can't handle it. talk about a
tenderfoot.
