<<Do any of you all keep hot blooded horses with your Fjords in the same
pasture>>

My two fjords lived with an Arab / TBred cross and they were best of
friends. It would be quite funny sometimes to see Monty snorting and ripping
through the pastures, with Joe doing his best to keep pace, and Della just
trying
to keep out of the way. Monty was dominant over the fjords, but it worked out
well because he got fed twice and day, and the ponies did not. With a less
dominant horse, Joe would have pushed him away from his feed and taken it, or
someone would have had to be locked in or out.

Kate
with Joe and Della (who have a new pasture mate, a Percheron/quarter mix who
is also turning out to be dominant - apparently Della and I are the only
ones Joe can dominate...)
