Old saying is true, "you can't just have one". BIG CONGRATS to Catherine Kendall on her purchase of Lord's Geir. The Super adorable gray gelding I had on consignment here at FCF. Catherine bought their first Fjord from GVF a year ago I believe, and are so in love of Fjords , they just had to have another one. Thanks for Sophie Fielder telling Catherine about Geir, now they have him coming their way around the 1st of June. He's a total doll!! Also Congrats to Project Astride, a therapuetic facility in MN on their purchase of Clare, a 15 yr old mare that FCF had on consignment. Clare was a team mate with her son, Henry but now has a new and exciting job of helping those with handicaps enjoying riding and driving horses. I have been rather quiet on the list lately as I have been home recovering from ACL surgery. I know BIG BUMMER. I came home from our big horse fair and just pivoted and out it went. I really need a good story, but that is all i did, just turned and out it went. I'm doing really well and am now able to do chores(feeding), so I feel a bit more normal. I WILL BE RIDING at BE, come hell or high water, I'll be riding! I also hope to do some driving with my mare Heather. I am bringing her Thursday to Sara Licht, in Madison WI to let her show her at the Columbus Carriage Show in June. Another big bummer, am thrilled I found someone available to show her for me, but am bummed that I am not the one. Gonna Be LOTS of Fjords there this year! Congrats again to all you new Fjord owners!
