Thank you Gina, for the sarcoid treatment suggestion! I have a boarding client whose little pinto mare has a good sized one at the top of one neck side. She's currently using thuja (a homeopathic) on it, and it's gone through the blistering miserable stage, and I don't think it's doing anything else. I'll pass this helpful experience along!
