He has been started riding and driving and has a solid foundation for riding, driving or draft. . He is very willing and has a great temperment. He is a great opportunity for someone to continue his training. $4500 Twelve year old mare: Selma is a Solar daughter and a Grabb granddaughter. She has had three foals and is a wonderful mother. She is also trained to ride and drive. She has been a plow horse for us on the farm as well as pull a carriage. We use her for trail rides and as a children's mount also. She has a sweet disposition and has a lovely dished face. She can be bred to our stallion if interested.$7000 Alsvid is a big, elegant gelding. He has a lighter build, more typical of a riding horse. He is well proportioned, with a nice long neck and beautiful head. Alsvid has had extensive ground driving training. He has been hooked to a tire, but not to a vehicle. In 2007 he spent 2 1/2 months at Beaver Dam Farm where he received daily riding training. He has excellent gaits with a very long and smooth trot. He will make an excellent riding or jumping horse.
