I would have to say that prayer really does make a difference! I found a place to keep Fiona not 6 miles from my house. It is on a ranch called the McKenzie ranch -- 1800 acres on the big Laramie River. She'll share the acreage with 9 other horses. I'll have miles and miles of state land to ride on that borders the ranch. Perfect conditions for her -- when we had the Fjords here in Wyoming before they did excellent on the "poor" Wyoming grass. At that time we had two Fjords on 40 acres on the Little Laramie River. Hopefully I can keep her forever now. She is the type of horse that one never wants to let go of, that's for sure. I want to thank EVERYONE who expressed an interest in Fiona -- and wow there were a LOT of you. I can tell everyone here appreciates a good Fjord, that's for sure. And so many people wrote just to tell me how sorry they were for my situation, to tell me they were thinking of me and to wish me the best. To everyone, thank you. From me and Fiona both.
