Prefer single, CLEAN, neat and tidy, responsible, conscientious, non-smoking, non-drinking homebody WITH outside income (retired or works at home) WITHOUT other pets or the need to invite others into a private residence. Excellent references, resume and equine experience necessary. Not remote. Nearby skiing, grocery, PO, and gas. Need to come early for acclimation, training and bonding!
