I compiled sources from flac-1.3.2pre3.tar.xz (MinGW/Windows) and ran 'make check'. The result is: "All tests passed". Then I replaced flac.exe and metaflac.exe with the files from flac-1.3.2pre3-win.zip and re-ran the tests.
