I use Oxygen for all of my XML work including XSLT transformations, SOAP services, XSD, straight XML, etc... I use both the stand-alone version and the Eclipse plugin. I find it's much better and much cheaper than XMLSpy. Plus it works on my Mac as well as my Windows machine.
