Wow, they're *selling* the player? Stupid move IMO. Also the store download page before you purchase says: "This product is not refundable. The player is offered as is." And, you have to give them the serial number of the phone in order to buy the player. Perhaps for good reason, but some people are probably going to be concerned with privacy issues.
