solved I think...
Instead of 'createEmptyMovieClip' I'm using attachMovie with an initbj that
references the correct class

var initObj:Object = {creatorRef:c};
var mc=target.attachMovie("mc_blank",""+n,target.getNextHighestDepth(),initObj);
//::::::::::::CODE ENDS:::::::::::::::::::
later on just call 'mc.creatorRef.classmethod'
