When code is in class files can we count on any particular order of execution relative to code in the _root timeline. For example if I have a component that is dragged on stage that is dragged on stage is it always available by the time code in the main timeline runs. I have sort of taken it for granted that I can write code to execute say on a combobox on stage without worrying about when it will be available- is this always a safe assumption?
