Hello Josh, Thanks for your reply. The matter is that I HAVE to use LI as same text is used by alternative non-flash versions.
All text data for this application is stored in DB . When someone comes to see it, a script (SWFObject and some server-side) checks if this user have proper flash player installed. If not (or if this is SE), they will see HTML version. And, as the text for this HTML version is taken from the same DB records, it is preferably that I use LI for list which is standard/SE compliant way to go.
