You wish as been granted :) You can call another actionscript function from within a dynamic textfield by setting it's html property to true and using asfunction within the anchor tag like this : tfMyTextField.html = true; tfMyTextField.htmlText = "<a href=\"asfunction:fMyFunction,sMyParameter\"></a>"; where fMyFunction is the name of the function you want to call when the user clicks the link and sMyParameter is a parameter to pass to that function.
