Thank you, Bernard, but my questions is, do you have a tutorial on the FLV Playback component that shows how to do this? Or is there a coded way that is shown in a tutorial?

Just download the flv's when the user hits the play button (show a thumbnail of the first frame) and when the buffer is full it starts to play. Users don't mind waiting a few seconds before a movie starts.
