if checkLoading is on the root level, then you would say: intId = setInterval(_root, "checkLoading", 100 );
great, this works. now i'd like to try and get it working inside an object...
The second form is incorrect, no quotes there..
intId = setInterval( this, "checkLoading", 100 ); // doesnt work so - this is wrong?
Why not just use the built in onProgress event in ImageLoader?
