Hello :) to optimize :
1 - don't use MM components ^_^ 2 - use flasm to optimize your swf http://flasm.sourceforge.net/ 3 - use MTASC to compile your project. 4 - Create your components and class ;) EKA+ :) 2006/9/8, Mendelsohn, Michael <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:
Hi list... When publishing my swf with generate size report, I notice that there is 57KB of AS2 classes in there (much heavier than my graphics). How do I know that all of these classes are necessary for the movie to run? For example, I've got a scrollpane component and scrollbar component in there, which understandably adds size, but when debugging, why does it list Version.as several times? Could that be adding unnecessary bulk? How can I optimize what I've got? Thanks, - Michael M. _______________________________________________ Flashcoders@chattyfig.figleaf.com To change your subscription options or search the archive: http://chattyfig.figleaf.com/mailman/listinfo/flashcoders Brought to you by Fig Leaf Software Premier Authorized Adobe Consulting and Training http://www.figleaf.com http://training.figleaf.com
