i've used webservices in the past that required that all information sent be in 
a specific order and also encrypted with a key...do you have the correct order 
and the encryption key for the data?

Yes i do, i think the issue is that i don't know how to send the username and 
password to the Webservice so that it can authenticate me properly. I'm just 
not sure how this is done.
