Whether you sell it or not, you are still passing round a ripped off
copy from someone who earns his living from writing books and has
probably contributed a lot more to this community than yourself.
Just because you are older does not mean we have to respect you.

A lot of time, effort and creativity goes into creating a reference
book to make your life easier. The least you can do it pay for it.
