Flash is perfectly capable of CRUD communication with a database and displaying it however you like. You're asking for advice on how to set up a relational database and how to write inner join SQL statements, and then how to send that data to Flash. Only one part of that has anything to do with Flash, and it's probably one of the most basic things you can do with Flash (displaying data).
