Yes, that is true - that's a limitation of setting enabled = false. There is no other way around it I have found with the popup manager, so I have just accepted that fact. You can make your own close button if you choose, that's what I do. But it DOES make it modal wich is nice. Saves a ton of coding having it be modal.
