Hello,

I'm looking for an easy, inexpensive way to convert my .mov QuickTime movies ( 2 to 10 minutes long) to .flv in order for me to put them on a web site to be viewed by Flash Player. I do have Flash MX 2004 installed on my Mac, but I haven't been able to determine if I can use it to do this conversion.

I'm not a tech person, I'm a musician making instructional videos, so I do need something easy to learn and use. Does anyone have hands-on experience with any program that meets these needs?

I appreciate any help anyone can give.

Thanks.

Jim
