Hello,

I consider myself an intermediate to advanced flash developer. It has been
almost 3 years since the first time I played with it. However, I never
really dived into video with flash and or flash video (flv) - and I ask
myself - why haven't I studied and tested it earlier, now things start to
get confusing.

Here's what I want to do: A series of "video-thumbnails" created on a kind
of grid. The video starts playing in the thumbnail as soon as it gets its
first bytes. When the user clicks on a thumbnail, the video stretches to its
natural size and then plays with sound.

It's simple, but I have no idea on how to programatically create FLV
players. I don't want to use the heavyweight UIComponent for that. I've
already saw the method where a "video" instance is created and placed on the
stage - I don't want to place any instance on the stage through the flash
IDE, I want to create all of them solely through AS, without using the Flash
IDE, if possible (use swfmill or pure-mtasc generated swf). Is that
possible?

Thanks in advance,

Marcelo.
