i guess they can be shared of course..
but are there other tools out there that streamline this collaborative data?

i guess i can add these files into a check in/out system.

but i cant seem to track changes cleanly with these 2 apps..

oh wise list,

im about to start finalizing some major feature specs for my dev team ( im the product designer ) this doc will eventually be translated into a tech requirements doc.

which apps out there are great for authoring and tracking changes to both?

until now i have been using MindManager PRO and Excel...which has been very fluid for me..but impossible to share with other team members.

p.s. we plan on using Trac w/ SVN for the dev process..
