Yeah, but everybody knows how to answer "what are your weaknesses." Obvious answer: I'm a perfectionist. I think you were on the right track. Ask to see code. Ask tough questions, specific to the job. How do you create a singleton? What is data binding? How do you feel about "is-a vs. has-a". Does AS3 have multiple inheritance? Did you know that your fly is unzipped?
