hey all, when building basic portfolio sites for clients(i.e. galleries containing image + text, showcasing photos, projects, etc) what is the best cms to use? Best meaning simple + free. Basically something enabling the client to add a new item in the gallery, change the order of the gallery, and possibly image upload but not even necessarily that.
any suggestions? saw this one, http://www.codeandvisual.com/rainbow but haven't used it. wondering what other people use.
