Regretfully I was busy with real life issues and thus lost track of pending board enable requests. You did send all information needed to write a board enable procedure for your board.
If anyone else wants to take it, here the *brief* explanation of what needs to be done: Set bit 2 (value 0x04) in the Super I/O config reg 0xE4/LDN 0x09. It is an Winbond W83627.
