Hi Stefan and Idwer,
Thanks, it's fine now, donation on it's way.
Thankyou so much for all your help and for answering so swiftly!
I really need my computer up and running in the next few days since I am starting a COMP TIA A+ course in computer maintenance etc.
Thankyou for getting my computer flashed and working properly again.
Kindest Regards,
Chris :-)))

This is quite normal. It should either be gone automatically on further
boots or after you have saved the BIOS settings as Paul explained.

I have added the P5L-VM 1394 board to our list of supported boards (I
believe that the hardware is identical and only the DMI strings of some
versions of the firmware have the barebone name as suffix) and will
commit that later with other small changes.
