the GIGABYTE GA-MA785GMT-UD2H (rev. 1.0) is supported by flashrom, so
you could check if the parts are mostly the same to get an indication.

(The GIGABYTE GA-MA785GMT-UD2H is even supported by coreboot. [2] ;-))

Андрей, testing if flashrom supports reading from your chip is very
easy. Install the latest release or build it the latest source [3] and
just try reading. Writing and erasing should only be done when you have
a way to recover if things do not work out well.
