Hi, I have here an Adaptec AHA-2940UW. Its firmware chip (OTP ROM AT27C512R) was soldered, but now I put a socket DIP-32 (PCB is prepared to 32-pin chips). Apparently flashrom does not have any support for this card. If you need any testing please let me know.
To replace the OTP ROM I have EPROMs TMS27C512 (do not know if they can be reprogrammed in place -- I have the UV eraser) and lots of flash chips AT29C010A (128KiB). No 64KiB flash chip :-( Marcos
